About

I like fixing things that are already broken, then figuring out why they broke in the first place — first inside a telecom network, then inside a manufacturer's supply chain, and now academically at IE Business School.

Four years at Ericsson taught me how to keep a live network running under pressure: I drove VietnaMobile's 4G NPS above 93% and built the Power BI / Excel-VBA dashboards that gave the SOC team real-time visibility instead of end-of-week reports. Monitoring three cities' worth of network deviations hour-by-hour during Vietnam's Tet Festival crisis is about as close to a live-fire supply chain drill as I'd had — before I started studying supply chains for real.

At Rewa Polymers I got to build something from nothing: a Sustainability & Green Procurement function, $1K budget, no existing playbook. Benchmarking, scenario analysis, and chemical-lab validation got raw material costs down 12% — and along the way I ended up running sales too, closing $54K in contracts in a single trade-show sprint.

That combination — operator instincts plus a habit of automating the boring parts — is what brought me to IE's IMBA, and it's why I still build things on the side. The projects on this site are proof of that habit, not just MBA coursework. Targeting operations, supply chain, and procurement strategy roles across Europe and the GCC.

Founded the Sustainability & Green Procurement function from zero — designed the operating model, sourcing workflows, and vendor evaluation process with no existing playbook. Transitioned to renewable plastics through competitor benchmarking, scenario analysis, and chemical-lab validation, delivering a 12% reduction in raw material costs
