A multi-week strategy project exploring what agentic commerce means for food delivery in Spain. Built an Excel financial model with a custom Reality-Check stress-test methodology, and narrowed a use-case funnel from 24 candidates to 12 to a final 4: Smart Reordering, Employee Meal Benefits, Conference Catering, and Airport Arrival Meal. Delivered as a multi-slide PowerPoint built with pptxgenjs, complete with presenter scripts, video pitch concepts, and infographic banners.

World Cup companion app for a 50+ student IE cohort

A World Cup companion web app built for the IE cohort: a single shared invite link for self-registration (name, email, team, and a public-vs-stealth privacy choice), live scores auto-fetched from the football-data.org API every 60 seconds via ISR, a full match schedule for every game (not just the user's own), and pairing logic that matches each student against a classmate opponent per match based on team. A full start-to-finish audit of the repo, live deployment, data pipeline, and database schema was run before shipping.
